Nice soft padded ceiling, Bunk Beds, full bath with standup shower, 5 gallon water heater, fridge works on propane and electric, microwave, three burner stove, sink, 3600 Onan generator, AC, Propane Heater with thermostat, jackknife couch, queen bed, electric awning, electric jack, dropdown windows on head and butt, escape door, manger, hay rack, plenty of storage, collapsible tack and pull out saddle rack,. Tires are like new. Also, comes with canvas room that can be attached to awning and provide tons more space. Great for additional guests or used like a screen room.
